* OLD SITE ARCHIVED HERE FOR PUBLIC RECORD *
Introduction
International Fund Strategies has unfortunately ceased to be published, since the cancellation of all advertisements for the March 1998 issue, advertisers citing the Asian crises as the reason. This is particularly sad, since the main purpose of the magazine was to look at the kind of systemic problems that give rise to such instability in the first place. However, please read on! The main features and key interviews will remain on this site for the foreseeable future, since they are likely to remain relevant and of interest for some years. I shall also continue to research and write in this field, and will add links to future work from this site, and link other material back to it.
Please note that this is not the official IFS site. It contains not the final printed versions of articles and interviews, but my own unedited or revised versions. In some cases, pieces may be significantly longer where there was either insufficient space in the magazine, or there is additional material which may be of interest but was not appropriate for the printed magazine. The official site consists of a one-page advertisement (now obsolete!).
If you would like to obtain back-issues of the magazine, there may still be a few left. Please connect directly to the official Website of its monthly sister publication, International Money Marketing, where you will also find a page about International Fund Strategies.
If you connected directly to this page without frames, you may wish to
reload with frames to get the best of
this site. Then select the Issue contents (normal font) or cover articles
(shown in italics) from the menu on the left.
If your browser does not
support frames, or you prefer not to use them, please connect directly to the
contents page without frames
